Terms and Conditions

General terms and conditions for shipping within Austria:

Our terms of purchase and delivery apply to all orders via our online shop (www.filzi.at) and are recognized with every order. The minimum order value is 10 euros.

Prices:
All prices are in EUR, ex warehouse, including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices, including errors. We offer special conditions for schools / clubs! Please ask.

Discounts:
For orders over a total amount of EUR 300, - you can also request an individual offer.

Postage / packaging: (shipments within Austria)
From a value of EUR 60, - there are no shipping costs for domestic shipments.
We charge EUR 4,- for shipping costs for goods worth less than EUR 60

We do not charge any costs for packaging.

The customer account:
If you wish, you can create a customer account. That brings some advantages. E.g. not only your address is saved but also your orders. Of course, you can still shop as a guest without a customer account.

 

The shipping:
We usually send by DPD or post.

Bulky goods are dispatched by arrangement.

Payment via heidelpay:
It is best to pay directly when you buy in the online shop. You use the SSL secured payment platform heidelpay for this. The following payment methods are available:

Sofortüberweisung (instant remittance Austria/Germany)

Security is the top priority when paying on the Internet. All information is transmitted securely and encrypted.

Payment by bank transfer after receipt of goods and invoice:We also offer this payment option. We do not send payment slips. You either have the option to transfer online after receiving the goods and invoice or to make a transfer at your bank (prompt).

Please always state the invoice number.

Late payment: In the event of default in payment, the reimbursement of all costs, expenses and cash outlays that we incur due to the appropriate pursuit of our claims, as well as a default interest rate of 12% p.a. as agreed and you undertake to replace in this regard. These costs and expenses also include, in particular, the tariff-based costs of engaging a debt collection agency or lawyer’s office.

In the event of default in payment, we will charge default interest.

Complaints: Complaints are to be sent to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods by email or telephone. In the case of justified complaints, we will deliver replacements quickly and free of charge. Return of rejected goods only after consultation.

Dispute resolution: Alternative dispute resolution in accordance with Art. 14 Paragraph 1 ODR-VO: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are ready to take part in an out-of-court arbitration process.

Revocation: You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: Goods that are made to customer specifications or that are clearly tailored to personal needs.

Returns: You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Your name and the other data that we need to process your order will be stored by us and treated with the utmost confidentiality.

Filzi's Jonglerie - Filzi & Partner KG will handle personal data responsibly and will never make it available to unauthorized third parties. We protect your data from misuse and unauthorized access using recognized, secure procedures and systems. Personal data that is collected as part of a payment process for business transactions is only transmitted by heidelpay to the parties involved in online shopping (online retailer from whom a purchase was made and payment system operator whose payment system was used) to the extent necessary. The downstream payment processing is carried out by approved payment system operators (usually banks and credit card organizations) who are authorized to carry out the respective payment process and have appropriately secured systems. This is necessary in order to be able to make payments at a distance and to enable the use of heidelpay.

Prices: All prices are in EUR, ex warehouse, including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices, including errors.

Shipping: The dispatch takes place by post or DPD. We ship to the following countries at the following flat rates.

Germany:  EUR 10,-
Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Hungary: EUR 13,-
France, Czech Republic, Great Britain, Italy, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Sweden: EUR 20,-

The delivery time: We usually ship within 2-4 days of receiving your order. If a product is not in stock, you will be informed immediately about the delivery time.

We grant our customers a withdrawal period of 14 days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are included. The period begins with the acceptance of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to CDs, DVDs and goods that have been specially manufactured according to customer requirements (e.g. special decoration requests for juggling clubs).

Returns:
The costs of the return are at the expense of the customer if the price of the returned goods does not exceed EUR 40.00. If the value of the goods exceeds EUR 40.00, we will reimburse you the corresponding postage costs.

Returned goods should be in unused condition and the return should be postage paid. Goods returned freight collect will not be accepted by us.
